The project involved cleaning across the mezzanine, internal areas, windows, and external cladding, providing a complete cleaning package across both the inside and outside of the development.

Teesside Industrial Estate is a newly completed warehouse development featuring a large open plan warehouse space, mezzanine level, and internal facility rooms. Externally, the team cleaned the building’s windows and cladding, helping to remove dust and residue accumulated during the construction process.
